The District Users has to follow these steps:
1. Correct the Health Facility data of district by updating In-charge name, mobile number
and address. In case Health Facility is not viewable, the same needs to be added as per
fields available in the data entry screen for addition.
2. Allocate OCs to these Health Facilities from the stock allocated by State user to
District.
3. Receive allocated items at the Consignee address, if the District is having a Consignee
at the District level.
4. After receipt of items, the District user has to arrange to dispatch received items to
other Districts if these are received in this District.
5. Dispatch items to Health Facilities by entering the vehicle number, date, contact
mobile and name of driver.
6. Monitor final deliveries, installations, functioning and problems of items at Health
Facilities.
