# Instructions


  • To register Complaint/Query/Clarification/Other, user has to validate via OTP on Mobile no. or email ID (Status of the query registered with your Mobile no./ email ID will be shown after OTP verification.)
  • Follow the following steps:
    1. 1. Select User Type.
    2. 2. Enter Email, Mobile and other details as prompted.
    3. 3. Click on Submit.
    4. 4. Validate the received OTP.
    5. 5. Enter Complaint/ Query/ Clarification/ Other and register complaint.
    6. 6. You will get replied via email.

  • Problem reporting of the health equipments need to be reported via Oxycare Mobile App only.
